An HTMLImageElement replacement that degrades gracefully if the linked image is not found. The alt text is styleable or a fallback placeholder image can even be inserted.

Some Examples :

There is an image with a broken url here 👉👈. But it does not break the flow of the document.

This second example displays styleable alt text without the broken image icon.
